Shipping Policy

Chef AAA offers free curbside shipping for all the items unless additionally specified to all US states, except Hawaii and Alaska, (For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote). Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days, inapplicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments.

Standard Shipping Notes:

*Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date.

*If an order is canceled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Receipt of Products

Please check the shipped items’ condition on receipt, and refuse to sign if there are apparently noticeable damages. Please take pictures of the damaged shipping and send us for a free exchange.

If the products are found to have been damaged after opening the package, take pictures and contact us for a free exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

All approved returns must be in new, unused and undamaged condition (exclusive of items claimed for damage) and with original packages.

If an exchange is requested out of customers’ personal reasons, customers are supposed to pay for the return shipping. Customers shall still enjoy free shipping of the newly changed items.

Note: A restocking fee might be charged in some cases (Specified below).

Restocking Fee

Customers are supposed to pay Chef AAA a restocking fee (Please contact customer representative for specific amount).

Shipping in Error

Please contact your sales representative at 562-360-4652 and report the shipping error on receipt of a wrong delivery. We shall arrange the return and exchange of wrongly shipped products for you.

Defective Items

A defective item is any product that does not work properly on receipt of it. Please call our sales representative at 562-360-4652 and report the problem. We shall arrange the return and exchange it with a new one free of charge.


Returns are non-applicable for the following items:

Customized Products (e.g. table linens, furniture, signs, doors, etc.)

Specially-order Items (e.g. items sourced from other manufacturers, standard product upgrades)

Items in the Use.
